  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

4K Challenge - 72hr RED Film Competition

Heh, I know what you mean... I was running on fumes this morning too... Plenty of blunders in ours. Oh wait, I think the whole thing is a blunder, ahahahahahaha. Yippeeee.. It's been uploaded, should be online soon I think. I'm still praying that a gamma error doesn't bite me on the uploaded version.

I'm not sure about the whole movie, we had a few problems, and I had a gamma issue as well I'm not sure I resolved, but hey, isn't part of the fun (huh).

Anyway, regardless of the four first minutes, I think the last scene, and especially the last shot make the rest worth it. It's in french subtitled in english, hopefully I didn't make mistakes. I did the whole post-production by myself, and it shows... :-P

I'm glad I can now rest... huh, no, I got to get to work.

Hey Mike,

We will announce the winner by early next week. The January 31st screening is going to be at the downtown independent theatre. We are working out the times still but it will either be starting at 5pm or 10:30pm. More info regarding the screening will be announced here by the end of the week.
We would love for you and anyone interested to come to the screenings.
 
Hey Mike - are you guys still working out the kinks for the 4K Channel? Our film was on there for a few hours this afternoon, but it seems to be missing now. I know you're hard at work getting everything figured out, I just wanted to be sure you're aware that we've disappeared!

Thanks to everyone who has viewed our film and left comments. We had a lot of fun making it and we're glad to see that you guys are enjoying our efforts.

I can't wait to sit down in a dark room tomorrow and enjoy all the other films. Congrats to all of you! Pulling off a film from start to finish in 72 hours is something to be very proud of...
 
Our entry has still never shown up on the channel that I'm aware of... Probably a good thing, though. hahaha...
