Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)
I've locked the aspect ratio to 2:39 but I'm still getting letterboxes on the exports- can anyone tell me a workflow to export files without the letterboxes?Thanks!
Just a question, which programme are you exporting from?, If its Redcine X pro then you need to create an Export preset and set the output resolution to 4096x1716, assuming you're exporting for a DCP etc.

I would suggest doing this in a program better-suited for post, like Resolve, Baselight, Nucoda, Pablo, Mistika, and so on. Redcine-X Pro is great for certain things, but not final delivery.
