Hey everyone,

thought I'd share my four latest music videos shot on scarlet.

I really like the camera!

Hope you enjoy them:

looks good my friend.

Thank you Louis,
and thank you very much again for the great rental.
Best
KIM

no problem. glad you put it to good use.

Thanks!
Always Zeiss, but different ones. I like the Lightweightzoom II which I use a lot. CP2's aswell espacially the 35mm 1.4. And the last two ones I shot completely with Zeiss ZE lenses.
In the final picture I can't tell the difference between for example the LWZII and the Zeiss ZE's, but 1. AC's of course like to work with cine optics.

Amazing work

Amazing work

Kim!, such amazing work

do you have any bts pictures

did you direct or dp?

take care Sam

Great Job Kim! Looking really good.

And quite a fast output I might add :)

BTW What did you shoot the slow mo with?

Thank you all.

Sam: I direct, dop, produce, cut and grade.
I don't have real bts footage other than the pictures the crew takes along the day with their phones.
The first was shot with a fairly big crew on two days.
The second in just 13 hours with a small crew.
The third I shot all by myself with just a hand and a stylist and the third was operatet half by me and by a friend cause I had a bad shoulder but realised without any crew or lights.

Patrick: The Slow Mo is all Scarlet at 3K and 48 fps, sometimes 40 at 4K

BTW Kim, can you make the links iPad friendly ? :) (through using the link button in the post menu)

Much appreciated thanks! :)

Nice work. The Lloyd Cole vid really resonates. Where'd you get that kid? Looks just like Lloyd Cole. Are they related?

Awesome work to smash them all out in two months! Great production value in all of them.

Thank you all for your responses!

Arthur: Actually the kid is Lloyd Coles son. That's how I got the idea of shooting two different decades. It was a fun run and gun shoot. Present time shot with Scarlet and Zeiss ZE lenses, past time with my Canon 5dII and filmconvert (Originally the effect was more subtle, and real but people didn't get the idea, so I had to crank it up) all lit with only one 1x1 Litepanel and shot without any crew, just a hand and a stylist and nearly no budget.

Jon: I don't own a Scarlet so I'm not quite sure if I'm remembering right with 40@4K. Could be that I'm messing it up. I always program my Presets in the camera I'm working with and don't think about it while shooting.
