Can you please explain - why do you need such a thing? I mean, I know the nylon trick, but the image is usually too soft and blurred.

it's in light path diffusion, for the most organic effect... but no post control

optionally shoot clean and try to emulate in post

works very well for specific skin types and age groups

Its something we had requested, so we investigated and made it work

Its much easier to handle this way, and more consistent. Bear in mind, not all nylon stockings are equal, and by a very large margin. Finding fabric fine enough to be useful means only a very limited number of rather expensive and outmoded products are acceptable. Modern fabrics appear sheer by stretching thicker filaments substantially, vintage nylon has barely any stretch, but the filaments can be far finer.
