  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

It appears I've found a bug when using the 4.7" Red Touch while connected to the LCD/EVF2 port on the Raven. Several times when I've turned on the power, the monitor will also turn on but the screen will stay blank, no image and no overlays. Luckily I bought a Sidekick so I can control the camera without having to use the Red Touch to get into the menu. In the Display>Monitor Control>Advanced menu I have LCD/EVF 2/HDMI set to LCD/EVF2 and I also have LCD2 set as my priority, but the 4.7" Red Touch will not produce an image nor overlays. I've found a way to "jump start" the touch screen by switching the monitor control to HDMI then setting it back LCD/EVF2. This trick has worked every time so I'm assuming it's a matter of releasing a new firmware update which fixes this bug? Anyone else having the same issue?

Correct but I don't have anything connected via HDMI, only HDSDI. I know you can't connect a RED touch in LCD/EVF 2 and also output via HDMI.
