Myself and a small production company are looking to add another filmmaker/company to share a studio production space. We currently lease a space in Tribeca and are looking to move to Midtown at the end of Jan 2015 (lease is up).
We are looking for a larger & quieter space. We are expecting to pay $650-$850/mo each.
We currently use our space for shoots (video and photography), storage, client meetings, castings, editing sessions, and rentals. There is rental income opportunity.
Our current studio is outfitted with equipment, lighting, and seamless paper (5 colors).
Booking the studio is arranged via Google Calendar and use of the space is shared equally throughout the month.
