  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

3D Joke

It seems to be both: a great tool and a good joke. I talked about the commercial value of 2d glasses with my s3d biz partner a while back and I am pleased somebody has actually done it. Obviously only works for some stereo display methods.

I co-founded a stereo production company and believe there are really wonderful opertunities (for story and image) in 3d photography BUT I have far to often wanted to opt out of the 3d while watching s3d films.

I'm holding out for 1D glasses myself - everything renders as a vertical line. Or even better the 0D glasses which is just a single pixel average of the whole frame! :biggrin:
 
Now we just need to find a way to add the light loss.

Doesn't look like they are available in the UK yet though.
