3D Follow Focus?

How do you pull focus with the various 3D rigs? What devices are there to pull focus on two lenses at the same time?

Only remote Follow Focus units like Scorpio and C Motion (probably Action Products FIZ as well ) with synchronized motors. Don't know about Bartech... I think even Viewfactor had it on their list.

C-motion is good

ARRI also works in a basic syncing axis way... also has some beta software that increases their functionality to match C-motion's lens ofset abilty

Not used but preston has a solution as well!

PS Yes 3d is built into viewfactors system...

I just read, that Fujinon will present something new at NAB 2010
ERD-10A-D01 is a zoom handle
HJ-303A-06A is for focus and sync

Hi,
The new Preston upgraded HU3 has a 3d menu , you can assign any of the FIZ outputs to whatever you want . I have used it with different 3d rigs and it is fantastic and so easy to setup.

Birger mount has the capability to slave a second mount for 3D use with Canon EF lenses.

But RED and Birger are not getting along right now.
