I'm so excited about this - OFFHOLLYWOOD has been working closely with both companies on several "shot on EPIC" 3D features - and to combine the best of both worlds is going to be awesome. Lots of incredible stuff in the works.

Congrats to Stephen and Hector - and Lucas who really pushed for the deal.

Congrats! Looks like we can expect in bigger and better things in the future !

Question is if they remain operating on themselves and if they will introduce a lot of changes to the current program????? will all items still be sold? or is it more a matter of eliminating competitors.
I'm sure 3ality can have benefit in combining technologies and having a larger market and possible audience for the entire s3d production market.

Thanks Mark - but all credit really belongs to Hector & Steve & Steve Schklair. It was their common respect and willingness to move the industry forward that, at its core, allowed this to happen.

We're all pretty excited about this, and combining forces will allow all of us to help make the S3D industry an even better place.

Best,

Lucas

best players, great things are done by Both.
Congratulations

Ha ha, so funny how we almost got the 3Ality TS-5 rig and then ended up with our first of 3 been the ATOM, and now our Atom becomes a 3Ality Technica rig, ha ha!@!

CONGRATS TO 3ALITY & ET for this!!

I need to say that I have been truly impressed with what they are doing, now lets look at the new FUTURE of 3D!!

He he, Love your cincerety Man... ;)

Real question here is what is going to happen to our ATOM/EPIC MODULEs??

Which was indeed the most appealing reason why we went ET vs. 3Ality, eliminate that much of extra cables and boxes which hunt the crap out of me, don't particularly love our Atom in current set up... :(

Hey KEtch,
They are definitely working on them.. among other cool things! =)

Yeah I know Tonaci, but when I got in to the ATOM, was because of the absolute super cool design of the Modules to eliminate all those Dam cables and boxes now hunting form all over the rig!!

Any way, waiting game is what we play, when we play on the Bleeding edge, he he.

Well great, Im sure exciting things will happen. Im just concerned about the competition and how much there is, we have P&S, Swiss rig and Binocle, Im sure there lots more great rigs out there. Could we create a list of viable off the shelf options.

Disclaimer we build our own specialist kit but we dont sell it.

Don't you worry Ketch! This in no way changes the commitments we have made to our customers. We are actively working on the EPIC 3D IO Modules, and you'll be one of the first to know once they are completed! ;)

Congrats to all.
