I'm trying to steer more away from practical towards interesting and unique. I have plenty of practical things, and if I need something I'll just buy it. Gift certificates I always try to view as an opportunity to get something I would never buy with "my own money"... like a case of slim jims lol.

It's always fun to try and plumb the deeper, darker and less well trodden paths of Amazon.
