hello.
here are a few pictures of my red fairly accessorized (couldn't upload as attachments, so here is the URL for the pics: http://penttbom.com/red/ ). this is the list of what you see:
*arri MB20 system 1. bellows, filter trays, and flags sold separately from the base package (FYI).
*arri follow focus 4. lens gear, 19mm rod adaptor, and crank knob sold separately.
*allstar dovetail plate, oconnor style. connects directly onto the oconnor 1030HDS head without need for the oconnor quick release plate. slides into red bottom plate directly. two small safety bolts on bottom - one needs to be removed to slide onto the head.
*oconnor 1030HDS - the S model can carry about 10 more pounds than the HD. be careful when ordering to specify what ball base you'll need, or you'll be stuck waiting for the parts like i was. this head is sitting on sachtler legs with a 100mm bowl. if you choose this configuration, you'll save money by not needing the quick release plate, but you need to specify everything else, including the arm and the 8 tiny screws that attach the head to the ball base.
