Hy guys,
Sorry for the late reply.
First, yes, unfortunately, in my country I know that they are only another 2-3 rentals companies, and they have one epic each of them. In the whole country I thing we have something like five epics...maybe...can't tell for sure. So, the idea to rent on the spot another brain was unlikely.
Second, I received the camera from RED. They performed flawlessly, I was always in contact with them, even if it took longer than I anticipated. Said they had tested the camera for other possible defects, and I have no reason not to believe it. Now everything seems ok. It seems it was a circuit board which wasn't behaved properly.
