If you're searching for a very good and cheap 2560x1440 monitor, here you go: http://www.ebay.de/itm/110833856200?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649

Just arrived and looks great... i will test it for some days and post some pictures. You have to pay attention which gfx-card you use, some ATI cards are not working. My x1900XT is working well.
There are also some other monitors versions with added HDMI, pivot function, etc. If you have questions, drop me a line.

Would have bought one immediately, but the seller does not ship to Finland. Buggrit.

Looks interesting. They say its not working with displayporr or mac, can you confirm this or did you try it? I have a 2011 mbp, with displayport, would be nice if that would somehow work

On a MBP you need an active displayport to Dual DVI adapter...
