25fps to 23.987 fps on RCX

we accidentally shot 25fps timebase instead of 23.98.There is framerate override option on Export settings if i set quicktime setting to 23.98 its gonna be same conforming like on cinema tools? learned from someone i should go cinematools and conform each clip (prores422) one by one and do this way which takes long..
whats the trick on this one fellas teach me easy way

i dont need to conform R3D files..gonna transcode all files to prores 422 then conform those to 23.987..

VideoToolshed makes QTChange that can change the fps rate of a QT file and can do it in batches as well.

Cinema Tools can batch convert too. You don't need to do them one at a time.
