I'm selling 2 256Gb Red Mags. they are about a year old and have been absolutely faultless. Only selling as we had one Red with large mags and one with small and i need them to be running the same.

They are located near London in the UK, £800 each.

FROM THE MARKETPLACE STICKY:

If you are not interested in something someone is trying to sell, please do not post in the thread.

Please look out for each other.

REDuser is not responsible for any goings on in the marketplace. It is a buyer/seller beware environment and it is up to you to look out for each other and to use google, etc. Don't assume someone is legit. Do your research.

Please don't pollute threads in which you have no real interest by telling someone that they are charging too much, too little, hounding them for why they are selling their red one, or whatever.

Healthy skepticism is good, but trolls and donkey's are not needed in the marketplace, or anywhere else for that matter.

Absolutely NO Piracy.

Please refrain from bumping your own thread more than once per 24 hour period. Bumping is fine, provided you keep it reasonable... You may also want to delete your old bumps so as to make the pertinent information in your thread more visible as you go along if you have a thread that lasts a couple weeks or whatever.

If there is a buyer or seller that you are communicating with, please feel free to shoot me a pm anytime with a link to the member's profile and I will be glad to check for any immediate red flags on our end. It is no guarantee of safety, but it is a step that you can feel willing to take and I will gladly do for you.

Thanks.

Oliver and Leroy - you are forgetting that Phil is based in the UK. When you factor in the exchange rate, cost of insured shipping from the US, and customs duties, there is a considerable bump from Red.com list prices in US dollars. And this is true whether you import directly from Red in the US, or buy from Red Europe.

Depending on the customs category of the item, the customs duties can add from 4.9% to more than 14% on top of the item list price and shipping cost together!

This obviously means that a UK/EU seller's prices make most sense for a UK/EU buyer.

Bob I was/AM interested in a 256GB redmag. I also don't see anything wrong with pointing out the fact that it's just 200 short of a brand new
Redmag. Anywho.... Off to some other gear pages for one with a more down to earth price .... IMHO.

Thanks for the responses guys. This is my first ever sale of any of our RED kit and I'm not that up on the latest prices. I know they were a lot more than that when we bought them and I've just upgraded to mini mags.

I would prefere a UK buyer, it makes much more sense to avoide overseas shipping, customs and taxes.

the items are still available and I'm more than willing to hear any offers people may have. I also have the Side SSD unit too which I forgot to mention. I'm open to offers on that too.

sorry for any confusion!
