24f to 25f

hi fellow pp users. just wondering what people believe is the best way to convert 24f footage to 25f using CS4 for PAL DVD burning?

Or is other software the way to go?

Why convert? Tedious and degrading quality!

Re-conform to 25 fps id you don't mind running it 4% faster, it has been the norm in Europe for a zillion of years. Cinema Tools can do that in a few mouse-clicks.

Any simple plugin/software that can pitch the sound with out going to a sound house?
