  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Check the web for private investigator in NY and pick one that looks legit and that has the right kind of "pondus" offer a bit of money upfront and a finders fee. These kind of things do not only happen in late night tv series, Manhunting is an actual profession and there is quite a few retired cops and such that has the right kind of talent to knock on doors and such. Going there your self is possibly not the best option especially since you live quite far way... Better to send a "friend" :)

That's sounds like a great idea, and I did not know that before this problems happen !
At the moment I've contacted an attorney adviced by the french embassy: http://www.gjllp.com/Attorney-Profiles/Matthew-Galluzzo.aspx He's really kind and looksprofessional. We'll see what happen but he told me the guy should be arrested soon.

Hey all !

If you guys want to know where I am now:
-Marque Dewinter still doesn't answer
-I saw Mairi Morrison started a thread with some of the parts I should have bought.
-I've been contacting Marque facebook friends, at the moment no one know what is happening but I still have good hopes. Will do the same with Mairi soon.

Police can't do anything as it's a matter with the court (Even after having preparing everything with my attorney).
My attorney is telling me that it's complicated and long to take it to the court, but that we can do it and I should recover my money + all the fees I had to spend.

Any idea of what I can do to make this faster ?

Justice is slow and my bank account is going down fastly...

He is a Local 600 member and they keep a current address and phone number in their registry. You can just have another Local 600 member to get it for you - but sounds like Gandalf already has this info and just isn't getting any response.

I saw that but didn't realize how big this was. I'll contact them soon to see if they can help me too.

Gandalf, I'd be surprised if the Union would give out the details of one of their members to you, but (as Mark suggested) you could ask another Local 600 member to get the details for you.

and it's Illumniarium Ltd. a company based in long island city owned by Marque Dewinter.

They just started playing a new game, saying I have taken the camera and they're waiting for it to refund me :D. Nice attorney move...
 
After a year still nothing.
Lesson learned, but if anyone ears of Mairi or Marque...

I don't loose hope and will keep on fighting the best I can!
