opinions : 24 fps or 24 fps

23.98... you can always adjust the timebase, and do a mild audio adjustment if you need to go to 25... thats how most things 23.98/24 get delivered to PAL.

thanks so far for the input
it needs to be delivered in 23.97 in the USA, but all the frequency here is 50 cycles, so all the streetlights and fluorescents are flickering
