Hello,
I'm just wondering if it would make sense to shoot everything in 48 fps to "future proof" the next movies, wich is BTW more a bet or a guess about the future of cinema.
To make this 100% compatible and "downtimable" to 24p, would it make sense to shoot everything with 360 shutter anlge as the shutter speed would be 1/48th?
So for the present we could use a 24p version without any optical "artefact" compared to traditionnal shooting.
What effect would have the 360 shutter on the 48 fps version?
Will it appear blurry like if we would shoot 360 shutter on the 24 fps version (1/24th of a second shutter)?
We heard about the 48p version and tests done by RED and others. Just wondering in which shutter angle those tests have been shot.
