23.98 Project to 25 Frame Conversion

Working on a project that was shot at 25fps with a timebase of 23.98.
The project is now going to be edited abroad, so I need to change the timebase to 25 frame.

How can I export the original footage, to a 25 frame timeline. RedCine? Compressor?

Do they need to matchback for any reason?

You could best-light everything at 23.98 then use Cinema Tools to batch-change the FPS flag to 25.

It is sync sound for a music video. It needs to be converted to 25 frame, and cannot be cut at 23.98. There is no need to ever go back to the R3D files. I need to export everything to Apple ProRes 422 HQ 2K 25p.
