Guess we're a little late getting this thread going -Vancouver is already gone- but there's been some fantastic hockey so far.

I love my Red Wings but they sure let the game get away from them tonight when they didn't score on that major power play.

Chicago looks like beast, and the Islanders are a pleasant surprise -I hope they can take Pittsburgh to 7 games.

The old adage of great goaltending is once again appropriate...and the defence that are in front of him too.

Look at Toronto. I want to support Reimer because he's from Manitoba but he let in some goals that shouldn't have gone in, like the OT winner. That was a poor goal. But then his D are either getting in the way or hanging him out to dry.

Detroit crapped themselves last night. They had opportunities to put the game away in regulation but never cashed. I watched them do something similar against the Canucks about a month ago -totally dominated but in the end lost on a bad goal in overtime. Anaheim could go far.

LA can't be underestimated. If Quick stays hot they have depth.

We were nervous about Rask, but so far he is doing well. I hope Boston finishes in 5, and doesn't make every series go 7 like they did the year they won it.

Go Oilers..... next year? haha good luck to both your teams.

I blew it on montreal , but i still think the kings can go all the way again.

If they can do it again.
Im left speechless just thinking about it.

Pitts looked real good tonight in stunning scaled to 4K. I just can't watch hockey on any flat panel even going to 90 inches. One needs a projector and a screen of at leat 100: D 1.78. And bigger than that is desirable. I wish my screen was bigger than 110" D 1.78 for hockey..

Looks like Ottawa is the only CDN team left...I have no faith in Toronto, especially with the depth of the Bruins.

Chicago has 14 CDNs on the roster though, and they're the closest city to us still in the playoffs (sorry I'm writing off the Wild). But LA has 17 CDN's on their roster too...and if Jordan Nolan can make it back into the lineup he'd be the only Redskin in the playoffs.

Yes, that means I'm writing off my Wings and Tootoo. Can't have a killer instinct with the young D.

I can watch the Bruins on my 17" laptop, as long as they are winning. Some games I have to listen on the radio due to work. Even that is fine if they win. If they lose, I need a distraction, so maybe a 110" screen would be a nice distraction. :-)

yesterday i was treated to doing a job for food tv at the hanger i have. so when the job was over i went into my office and watched the kings on my 15" MBP Retina attached to my 55" 3d LGTV...compression was awful coming off ATDHE.TV....but we got the win, so it looked awesome!

Wings live to fight another day! Can't believe that tripping call was missed but at least they still won. Based on the animosity building Game 7 should be a wild one.

Islanders just about pulled it off. I was thinking there ought to be some free agents on their team the Jets might want to steal away. Great work ethic and speed, something our players could use a little of.

How good was that Wings game last night? They advance but will be slaughtered by Chicago.

Boston should advance, and Washington may want it more.

OK I admit I hadn't put much faith into the Wings but holy crap are they playing outstanding! One win away from the conference final. Detroit and Boston would be another great series.

After Toronto lost I put my hopes on Chicago .. But it looks like Detroit has managed to get under their skin and throw them off their game.
