  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

2 second drop in Build 20.1.3 !!! PROBLEM

I will need the RED TEAM to help me out on this one...

One of yesterday's takes seems to be corrupted. It just turns black for almost 2 seconds in the middle of the take !!! :scared:This is definately a BIG PROBLEM ...although I'm very lucky because it turned out to be a bad take...

The rest of the footage is just fine, and there were no warnings at all during shooting. And I never had problems before on this build.

Can someone from RED respond on this matter so I can upload the R3D?

Martijn, while REDUSER is a great resource to get community feedback and assistance, the more direct route to get support from RED directly is to submit a support ticket on www.red.com/contact_us or www.red.com/support. Or, you can call 949.206.7900. Tech support is available 24/7. After-hours, they will be paged (and woken up) to help in case of emergency.

One quick question. If i rent a RED camera and have problems with a clip or something similar, who would I contact in a rush situation such as this one?

If you are renting, you should always contact the company you rented from for support of that product as a first line of defense. But, that being said, my above post applies as well - give us a contact.
