19mm to 15mm spacers?

does anyone know where I can find 19mm to 15mm spacers sold alone.
AirSeaLandGear has these in a kit with their mounts, but i need just the spacers?

If you're putting a 19mm accessory onto something made for 15mm studio/100mm spacing (such as a baseplate or ET top mounts) then you will need eccentric spacers, since the distance is the same between the rods, not center to center. Also, for lens-based accessories, these don't work well because the centering is different between the 15mm and 19mm studio standards.

Having said that, we do carry the monstercine spacers which are great for clamping-style accessories such as their Hydra or a single rod-mounted focus motor, etc.
