We're leaving the warehouse we have been renting for a year and where we built a shooting studio, in Costa Mesa, Orange County, CA. 40 min drive from downtown LA.
Details:
- 1800 sq ft warehouse
- fully-equipped kitchen
- three-wall cyc (20'x20'x20' and 14' high)
- loft area upstairs ideal for editing suite/office with bathroom/shower
- 2 parking spots
We're looking for someone who would be willing to buy from us the package desk + seamless/cyc wall we built for $3,000 (all other items pictured will be moved: fridge, sofa, etc, unless you're interested in buying them as well) and taking over the lease.
You can check our website to see more info and pictures: http://www.costamakers.com
Contact us for visits on week days contact@costamakers.com or phone: 949-903-6563
