  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Sent the wire off last week Thursday... got confirmation on Monday that the wire was received. Waiting on tracking numbers.

My rep told me yesterday that it's ready to ship and that it should ship today. Waiting for the tracking number...

And by the way, no Red drives yet. They don't know for how long they will be on back order...

Tracking numbers just received for 1888... wired money on thursday... confirmed wire on monday... tracking numbers on wednesday... packages should be here by Friday... (hopefully).
 
That's the fastest turnaround I've heard of! I thought most people waited a month or more between wire and delivery.

yes, but this was a time before catch up process.
red did it right to take a deep breath, now they can handle all very faster and better.
 
FYI... RED #1877 was delivered a couple of hours ago. Sent wire last Friday. Got tracking yesterday. That's three full business days between payment and delivery. Remarkable.
 
wow, red team is on high speed. would like to see a webcam of their rooms. should look like a time-ramping in real time, hehe.

they have better cameras than the other companies, and now they are even faster at delivering.

and fed ex trucks need new wheels after this week...
 
Did you guys get a printed manual? I haven't spotted one in our package.
