That's starting to sound much better price wise.

Can i ask though, is there a very rough timeline on when 32gb cards will be coming and a very rough price point on these? I really think 32gb cards are the way to go and i am waiting for these while sticking with my 8gb.

Thanks Jarred! Just picked mine up! Sweet deal!

[ChrisLyon]

Sounds like Red is pulling an Apple, Inc... getting rid of old stock in prep for new stock. Note the 8GB isn't even for sale anymore. 32GB/64GB anyone?

[Jarred Land]

We have no plans to offer 32GB cards for at least the next few months..

And im not sure where the rumor about the 8GB cards not being available.. we are still selling tons of them

[Brent Carter]

Jason, just clear your cache. You probably loaded while we were updating the image.

Ah... I guess I missed it. The 8GB wasn't showing up on the main store page. My bad...

[Brent Carter]

Yeah, limited real estate on that page

And, like Jarred said, they are still in high demand.

This price drop is helpful, as it finally gets the 8GB and 16GB cards to the point that they are (almost) equal price/GB, even if you do have to buy in bulk for it to happen. Cool.
Peace,
