150fps burst?

I've done a forum search, and all I can find so far is just speculation by other users.

My question is this: when it says it shoots up to 150fps in burst mode... how long is a "burst?" I'm hearing 5-10 seconds from a few folks, but I don't know how accurate that is.

Probably won't have an official answer on that until NAB at the earliest, but most likely they will tell you when it starts shipping (as with RED, things can and will change, and if you have watched the progress and change over the last couple years, you'll see that figures often change). =]

Exhibit usually. Often the news will be out pretty early on the Monday.

That was apart from the years RED didn't have a booth - when the news was released on the RED party.

No, back when the burst was 180 fps, the duration mentioned was something like 5 seconds.

The maximum burst rate for Scarlet 2/3 was originally projected (no pun intended) to be 180 fps. But that was nearly three years ago.
