150 Gb of free 120 FPS material from Silverado...

[Torrey Loomis]

Round 2.0

We just did a huge shoot this weekend at Alpine Meadows. If I am counting correctly, its over 150 Gb of some awesome snowboard action, plus some side-by-side skiing (shot from snowmobile), and some nice mountain time lapse clouds to top it off.

We are giving it all away. Just like our earlier Lake Tahoe footage distribution.

We got swamped with requests on that one--mostly due to the fact that we distributed everything on DVD which took a long time for us to duplicate. I think there are still a few people getting their sets from our last burn.

This distribution will be different. Send us a hard drive--and we'll load it up for you and send it right back.

As always--no charge for the media. We would ask $10 for domestic shipping costs and $20 for international--but the media itself is free.

This footage is available IMMEDIATELY. We can process your drive and return it the same day.

Send your drive and shipping fee to:

Folsom, CA 95630

To boot, we're offering a free Apple iPhone to the best 60-second spot uploaded to the RED channel on VUZE by May 1st.

You have no idea how stoked we were to shoot this footage over the weekend. The only thing that makes me happier is sharing it with the RED community.

Torrey you rock!

[Güray Gürsoy]

Thanks,
you know, what you are doing means a lot for the ones waiting in the camera list...like me...
is there any example of any kind..that we can see before I ship you a hard-drive ?(can't wait)..

[Torrey Loomis]

All the 120 FPS was shot 2k 2:1. Our other DP shot a lot of the timelapse 4k 2:1.

60 second spot of your footage? for what client?

[michael zaletel]

To simplify, is it okay if we send the shipping fee in cash? Also, please clarify, is this 150GB of Raw R3D files?
