We're looking to purchase a small profile 35mm 10-12 mm prime for underwater housing with pl mount, or can be retro fit to red pl. An older small barrel Zeiss t2.1 would be perfect. Please PM me with prices.

The 12mm T2.1 Zeiss is just a 16mm with an aspheron, it's not so good.
You'd be much better off going with an EOS 10-22 or an Ultra Prime.
