  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

+1 not working?

Just received my +1

Updated to the latest firmware, Scarlet running just fine.

Attach the +1 and get nothing .....Black LCD screen and camera revs - same with EVF

Unplug +1 and camera back to normal.

What am I missing here?

I'm not sure what version you mean when you say you installed the latest. The +1 requires 4.0.x which is currently Beta. If you have the latest 4.0.x installed and are still having problems please file a support ticket and see in a log file.

So I need to update the scarlets firmware to v4.0.9: BETA to get the +1 to work ... correct?
