Hey there, I had a major hard drive crash, recovered the files using Techtools Pro, It appears that all the files are there with the correct file sizes, in their folders, some have the .RMD and some have the _Log.txt file. When I open the files in REDCINEX it show all the files to be OFFLINE...

Ive used this lens on my old RED EPIC - X, it provided all the lens information, now that Ive upgraded to the Helium I no longer get focus distance. Any idea to why this will be happening?

Im having an issue with my camera cutting out, if i bump the battery, not sure if its a battery issue or the V-Lock Mount, I don't have access to other batteries so i can't test to see which is the problem. Ive check the terminals they seem to be in order.
