    RED scarlet w runtime

    Can anyone let me know if runtime refers to time that camera is on or record time? My camera shows 371 hours which would be completely wrong if it means record time. Could possibly be right if time switch on, but still very high for a 1 year old camera that has hardly been used

    DSMC2 V-LOCK I/O EXPANDER d-tap issue

    Hi, Just want to check if anyone knows if the d-tap connection on the v-lock module is standard? None of my d-tap cables work with this module so I am unable to power anything from it....a fault product? Or do I need a specific d-tap? It seems as though the port is too big as no d-tap connects...
