Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)
I need to re-equip my R1, and thus I'll need either a production pack (with the quick plate, rather than the cradle), or some other nifty way of attaching a V-lock onto the body, some other nifty way to connect the body to the tripod, and some other nifty way to have a handle on the body.
Thanks :)
With EPIC-X about to be hitting us in the near future, I was wondering as to how customizable the packages are?
E.g. a policy a la "If you don't take component X, you get $Y in store credit", would be awesome (where of course $Y would be less than the price of X). But I understand that it would...
Got an SMS today from Gunleik, wondering if I would be interested in doing a little test with Eirik's Epic. Turned out that I was.

A very happy birthday to these very senior members of reduser. Thank you for all your shared wisdom, and may you both have an EPIC (well: SCARLETy for Joseph) year.
Thanks for being who you are.

Today I set out to push R3D to its limits by grading like a colorblind on acid. Got some interesting results and it is pretty impossible to break R3Ds. Enjoy - best seen in fullscreen and a bit of patience.
Shot on RED One M, graded in REDcinex, chopped together in FCP, transcoded in Compressor...
To the master of workflow questions, my introducer to the RED drug, and very giving guy,
Happy Birthday / Gratulerer med dagen, Gunnleik!
Have yourself a very epic 2011.
Just wanted to wish everyone all the best for the new year. Will be a very, very exciting year with both 5k and 3k cameras from RED shipping, cinemas going more and more digital (hint: REDRAY) - and all the things we don't even know about.
Thanks and enjoy the final day of twentyten.
