    Epic W Firmware - Upgrade Problem HELP!

    I'm having difficulty upgrading my Epic W to the current firmware Version 7.0.4, currently it's running 7.0.1 I've done everything as per the instructions, downloaded the software, unzipped the Force Upgrade folder and copied it off to a 240GB Mini Mag then inserted the mag with the camera off...
