I use some R3D files and RCX to capture JPG pics, every time I capture a pic the cache needs to reload from ZERO. Can you please fix that because it's very time consuming as I have to wait until the cache reloads again? In 2-3 pics is ok but when you do thousands is too much wasted time! Thanks!

When camera is filming in 24fps it outputs 29.97 fps Can you please fix it so when I record in 24fps the signal that is out from the timecode cable in the PRO-I/O MODULE outputs 24fps and NO 29.97 fps? If you need more info please contact me. Thanks!
