    Resolve and Mac OS X updates

    We have performed some initial tests for the 10.7.5 and 10.8.2 updates. Resolve is working smoothly with 10.8.2 on CUDA and OpenCL cards. We also tested 10.7.5 on CUDA and no issues found.
