  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Seika Asia becomes first authorized RED reseller

Well, this is the kind of thing Ive been waiting to hear. I think the doors for scarlets are starting to open (in a metaphorical sense). Makes me feel like we are that one step closer. And also great for me as I visit Japan a few times a year (from Aus)

RED team if youre listening, Scarlet would be a great xmas present to myself this year... :)
 
I hope they open doors to us potential dealers, too.

I would be happy if the Pinewood red center was a full service facility. I have paid tons of money just getting the camera and acc. to the states and back...
 
Please, please, please open a service centre in Australia. Please.
 
When RED goes public I promise to buy at least $10,000 worth of shares straight away

Even if that did happen, I seriously doubt that Jim would give up control. But it is all just conjecture and, IMO, highly unlikely anyway.

EDIT: Kind of like Sergey and Larry really don't seem to pay attention to their shareholders all that much.

agreed! i doubt RED could be as innovative and maintain such quality excellence if it had to answer to shareholders that only care about stock prices and ROI.
 
How about RED Shang Hai department? Ryan and Michael. I thought Shanghai is the first one??

I guess you guys are talking about the first Asia Corporation Resellers.

Anyways, it's good to hear this news. Huge market in Asia.

Miami its a good idea, with a good support service, Bogotá its another good place, also Buenos Aires..Just open an office near home, we need you closer.
