  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

RED101 DVD Now Shipping!

Hi Jay,

Is it possible for me to send through additional $$ for that new DVD before Paypal completes my current order, so that it can be sent as one complete package? Let me know also how much to add on for extra shipping.

This DVD is still in production.. Do not expect it real soon...

You will get it for the same price anyway since I will make sure all those who purchased the RED101 will still get the "Package Rate"

Plus you're getting a little gift with your current order.. This won't be possible once we start shipping the new DVD wiith the RED101.

Not a problem Jay, I misinterpreted when you said 'a few days' that it will be ready to be shipped then. You've got one guaranteed order for the new DVD when it's ready, thanks! :smile5:

Thanks Ketch.. I am TRYING to get another DVD together and out in the next 6 weeks... I don't want to talk about it until it's further along, but I think some people will find it very useful.

Hey Jay, got the DVDs yesterday, thanks!

Only had time to watch a small portion of it last night but I have to say - your deadpan delivery is spot on, had me chuckling a couple of times. Also really like the step-by-step, cover-everything approach I've seen so far.

I'm a freshman to the whole RED world. I just received my copy the other day and its pretty awesom. A great overview to different builds, menu layout and everything. Thanks for keeping it entertaining :)

Wow, I can't believe how much of a cliche testimonial I sound like, haha.
 
hi Jay, I just ordered your dvd.....now the waiting game =) Can't wait to see it Thank you again.... I'm a freshman myself but about to use Red for the first time for a music video shoot this DVD is just what I need!!

p.s It was like $80 bucks WITH shipping and handling despite your site saying $60 with S&H =(
 
Oh wait it is, PLUS S&H .. o well, doesn't matter I just thought it was because I'm in Australia :)

Anyway it's a worthwhile investment, hope it comes sooner than later :D
 
Got mine in and already done a first watch, loved it! Excellent job! The sound effects are great too :D You'll have a Scarlet/EPIC training DVD customer when the time comes too, great work!

Oh and thanks for the free gift ;) Maybe I can talk my wife into a flatscreen now...hehehe

Good news.. Mike at HD for Indies has a review copy and has promised to review it.. Be sure to email him and remind him to get it out there.

He's one of the staples of the Indie community, and IF he gives it a nice review, it will really help move things forward in getting the next DVD out there!

It's been one week now, I ordered it on the 2nd Feb I still don't have it :(

Just wanted to check how you're shipping this internationally? Just hope nothing went wrong on the way...
