Upgraded to release build 21 and performed Black Shading... then this

I've got that a few times. Great isn't it! Gotta love Red.

For me I just did the black shade again and it worked fine.

Could mean that you are using old formatted media. Reformat and try again, bet anything it works.

Yeah, it pops up when there is problem with the media. Just reboot, format and do a new black shading.
