When I brought up this issue in the "complaints" forum, several people responded to have the same problem. But we just didn't get a feed back from RED. In fact, this is the third place, including a PM to Jarred, that I asked for some help and am still waiting...

Hey. Sorry about that. I just checked into this and looks like there was a permissions issue from the imported users after the heart attack a few months ago.

Should be fine now.
