Log & Transfer not transfering complete clips

Something strange is happening, in FCP, when I do Log&Transfer, it sometimes does not transfer the complete clip. I have no idea why. I just shot 3 days straight, then I was choosing my Takes and adding them to the queue and lots of clips did not transfer the full clip.
Has this happened to any one?
Is there any solution?
Why would this happen?

Do not run any other programs and leave the computer completely alone when transcoding. Also try RedRushes for transcoding instead of FCP L&T.

I had the same thing happening to me.
My solution was to mark in and out on the clips before the transfer.

the problem with RedRushes for me is the interface, FCP is so much easy and fast...just a pitty it does not work very well
