Good day . Just check prices on C-motion FF , and found Focus Set 'RED' -
limited edition

Package: 1 motor wireless set; incl.: camin mono & cables for the
RED-camera, coperate mono, 1 cdrive, 2 batteries, charger,
5 marker rings

I have question regarding cables for red camera . Is it RS Cable for Red One , or it is only AUX cable for Start and stop .
As i understand with C-monitor you don not need to get data from
camera and lenses , motor will calculate steps for you .
Please share your experiences with C-Motion .
Thanks.

We're using one on B camera on Southland. What can I say? It works, it's cool.

We're powering it from an Arri-style Fischer 3-pin plug with a 4-pin LEMO to start/stop the camera. It behaves just as you might expect. It obviously has no shutter angle, frame rate or ramp control with the RED, but it's quite nice when attached to a film camera.

Either works fine. With the AUX cable you can start / stop the camera only (or single frame, ramp etc depending on how you have the AUX ports set up). If you use the RS cable you can also use the playback button on the back of the C-Motion handset, and potentially other camera functions in the future if C-Motion were to implement them.
