NEW YORK — July 28, 2009 — Leading digital cinema company Offhollywood today opened the first authorized RED Digital Cinema camera rental and service facility on the East Coast. Occupying a floor in Offhollywood’s Soho building, the exclusive facility gives filmmakers convenient access to the latest RED camera technologies and accessories, complemented by full technical support and workflow consulting. Services include all East Coast camera repairs, LCD and EVF repairs, full factory calibration, and R3D data recovery.

This is going to be great having a service center close by. Gives me a good reason to make the trip to New York too. Great job all around getting this up and running. I know there's a heck of a lot of work coordinating all of this.

Thanks Carrado. And MASSIVE thanks for the killer banner templates for our new website that is still in the works - I will have the new site live before IBC ... unless RED ships EPIC prototypes first ... in which case I have an excuse ...

I cannot tell you guys what a pleasure it has been working with Offhollywood in setting this up. Red is very demanding, and the Offhollywood guys have met every demand we have had with a smile. This is a great day for everyone.
