guys, i will leave the studio soon - its very late in the night here in berlin. I hope you are surprised in a quite positive way.

I hope that this annoucement is, well, making everyone understand our excitement - these lenses will be probably setting a new standards, especially for the red one.

We have been pretty silent within the recent monts - i suppose now you understand why.

Rest assured: There will be special prices for early orders etc etc.
All the business details will be disclosed within weeks.

What i can (gladly) say: It has been a wild ride since 2008, and the German optical industry is now back & kickin.

Expect many surprises (as zooms etc). 2009 will be very exciting for all of us and i am looking forward to share (once our NDA is finished) all details, all weak and strong points with you.

So the set of 5 lenses will be under 10.000€. This is unbelievable!

But are the focal lengths of the set free to choose (amongst the 5mm focal length progression) or are they ranged like a classic HS set?

I presume 1x means "some focal length between 10mm and 19mm" which his NDA prevents him from being more specific about (?)

Nothing wrong with your English: Laguun seemed quite clear that the <EUR10k set was not the entire range of focal lengths that will be available.

Although you might well be right about the likely lenses in this set, Laguun did say that he couldn't confirm that it consisted of 5 lenses.

Well, if you order today, you will get lenses within weeks. For the standard series however, it might take 70-80 days to delivery.
