Next to come: side by side shots with cooke, arri and zeiss and moving raw footage. First finished clips & commercials end of the next week. So far 4 completed commercial productions.

I have to say that I really like the bokeh in that first shot. Lenses look like they have a nice, even image.

Any pictures of the lenses themselves?

very promising.

p.s. you are refering to arri pl PRIMES, is this just typo (instead of i.e. arri pl MOUNT primes)?

Digging the look Jan. 2nd request on shots of the actual lenses.

P.S And before you get into anymore trouble I suggest you change the description to Arri PL 'Mount' lenses to avoid any confusion on who is manufacturing this glass.

thanks, done.

They are not manufactured by Arri - but designed for the Arri PL mount.

Nice grab! I know we are looking at the lenses but I have to say that the first is a great shot. It does also look SHARP to my eyes!

Any chance we could get a 2k .r3d, or ungraded PNG/TIFF? An ungraded jpeg will certainly do though. I'd love to see what people say after seeing that.

I know next to nothing about lenses when talking amongst DPs etc, but do they have some of that Lomo look? And I do mean that in a positive way.

Thanks for the grabs. Keep the stuff coming!

Hi,

Sure, there will be lots of shots in all kind of formats - the servers for the espected bandwidth are being installed right now.

Also, several commercial clips for top-ten artists and commercials for mayor companies have already been shot and are now finishing their postproduction.

Shots of the lenses and precise information is also due very soon, think in weeks.

The lenses offer an (imho) sensational price/performance ratio - and will also be available soon to the non-betatesters(many of those already bought their prime sets) - in large quantities.

Laguun,

could you clear up finally are they coming from ISCO Göttingen or not?

Hi,

the information regarding warranty, service etc will be published soon. So far no one is authorized to confirm or deny the manufacturers involved, but expect to be pleasantly surprised.

So Laguun didn't give us an exact confirmation!

If he doesn't comment more then that means his answer is yes!

Because the silence about ISCO means ‘yes’!!!

Also he wrote "manufacturers" that could be a typo or a real info about

that even more vendors are involved in a production of those lenses!!!???
