The November specs said 4.9 MP, which is actually somewhat less than the 5.3-MP (3,072 x 1,728) active pixel count Red was quoting for the original design.It will probably be roughly a 4.5 mp camera.
heh i loved that job... i feel sorry for any of the people that stayed in a room that i (didn't) clean... but man it was a lot of fun....

not sure if it really counts... I was 17, it was in Jasper ( a little ski village high up in the Rocky Mountains ) and all we did all day was, well, use your imagination...

Zooming in close, I can't see a sharp edge anywhere. Is the focus off? Or is this something to do with the OLPF or moire reduction thing?
I suppose razor sharp isn't required for moving images. Can we see some?
I used the frames for this extensively for image processing development.
