It will probably be roughly a 4.5 mp camera.

The November specs said 4.9 MP, which is actually somewhat less than the 5.3-MP (3,072 x 1,728) active pixel count Red was quoting for the original design.

Zooming in close, I can't see a sharp edge anywhere. Is the focus off? Or is this something to do with the OLPF or moire reduction thing?

I suppose razor sharp isn't required for moving images. Can we see some?

I love the tonal range of both shots. To maintain that smooth and subtle a grayscale in a 1/4 res jpeg says a lot.
