I'm looking for a bracket that slips onto 15mm rods, mini spacing, that has a rosette and a matching handle. The system should be small and compact. The handle should mount as close to the rod as possible. Anybody know of something that would work?

I thought that there was something from chrosziel but I can't find it on their site.

Yeah, how much and does the start/stop button work with the red?

The Abel "Aaton Handgrip for RED" has been modified to work with the Red for start/stop.

I believe you have to contact an Abelcine sales rep to get the price. Mitch has previously warned us that it's expensive.

Wow! You got that right. And people were complaining about the cost of the mantis.

I was thinking of something like this, but better quality.

I have the Ronford Baker moose bar handles with the Red 1 switch. Beautifully made and light weight, with additional accessories available. Seems the "made in India" company really liked them too, because theirs looks like a cheap knock-off of the moose bars, (less stainless rosettes, switch, and accessories). The Aaton looks very inviting because it frees the left hand while the right hand can support and stabilize the camera closer to the longitudinal centerline closer to the center of gravity.

I use the new Longvalley 15mm support which works well with the moose bar handle.
