I see dead people in my dreams should I still go see this movie?

But that was only on a handful of shots. The other thing that struck me as lazy was that they didn't remove the sensor protect blackout on the flashlights that pointed at the camera. That's very easy to remove.
I find it hard to judge digital cinematography in a 3D movie because the 3D effect tends to take up more of your attention than subtle issues like skintone reproduction, dynamic range, noise, etc.
I saw "Journey to the Center of the Earth" in 3D and it looked pretty good, but when I took off my 3D glasses and just watched the doubled-over 2D images, I was thinking "this looks like HD" in terms of the typical things that hit you about HD photography (plasticky skintones, etc.)
Random thought, I wonder when they're going to start selling DVDs that come with 3D glasses.
This is the first "feature movie" I've seen shot with RED. I have a couple questions/concerns about it.
First, I did NOT see it in the theater. I saw it in a hotel room on a small television set. So it was obviously not the TRUE 3-D version.
Now, while watching, my wife and I noticed that it looked VERY much like a movie shot on a video camcorder aimed at a Television release.
Was this how it looked in the theater? and if not, why did it look this way in the hotel? None of the other movies I rented in the hotel looked this way, they looked just as they would have on the "big screen".
My first and only guess is that it had to do with the lighting on set, which didn't look like it had much money sunk into it. Things just didn't look very "horror" to me, they looked...well, real life. I guess it just lacked depth?
Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
Here is the Paradise FX 3D Rig with my cameras 270 & 1041, on it for the Movie
