It looks like these small quick-release devices should be perfect for the RED LCD. They are being sold 89€ on 16x9's European webstore.

The 16x9 Inc. Cine Lock is a convenient new quick-release mounting device designed to work with all Noga Articulating arms. 16x9 Inc.'s Cine Lock enables fast and easy non-thread mounting and removal of the arm and its cargo through an ingenious dove tail design. The device is made up of two parts, a male and female wedge/dove tail plate. The male plate is fitted onto the top and bottom of a Noga articulating arm. The female piece is attached both to the surface where the arm will be anchored, and onto whatever object the arm will hold.

It looks great! Can you please provide a link?

Has anyone tried these out?

Our company uses these on all our 8" and smaller monitors.
They work great on the Red LCD's. No complaints at all.
Very robust.

They work great. I just got mine through B&H too. They come with everything to put it to work. Where ever you have a single bolt connection you need to use some sort of Thread Lock liquid.

Jamison, mine does as well. It is the red plate that I was having trouble with because people weren't adjusting the arm properly and just twisting the LCD.

Cine Lock

My Cine Lock is different than this picture. The gray plate has two screw holes, both 1/4" & 3/8". Do I have a newer version, older version, or are there different models available?

You have the newer version. A few improvements were made to the Cine Lock. The most visible change is the one thing you mentioned, i.e., the gray plate has a 1/4"-20 & a 3/8" female thread.

I'll update our web picture to avoid confusion
