We've been watching the schedule and the 2001-2400 thread like a kelpie on a blowfly, so I thought I'd crack it open for the next batch. Not too much to say but the time is almost upon us. I presume we'll get split into sub-batches, but it'll be interesting to see how big they are--whether the good dudes at Red are hopeful of continuing to expand production so the first sub-batch is 2401-2650 (half the batch) or increments of 100...

I hope it will stay small so that some over-zealous people that like to do unwise and irresponsible business practice and send money way in advance of delivery don't get to skip line. It's a weird policy from Red I can't wrap my head around....

Looking forward to finally get the camera though. Are EVF's caught up yet? Pro LCD shipping soon?

i'm even ready for bad news, any info is welcome!
August is in fact a tricky month, because of holidays. There's nothing worse than receiving your long awaited redcam when you're away on vacation ... even worse if FedEx leaves the package outside! :tongue:
